Definitions used in this handbook
- Contractors: refers to persons or companies having concluded a service contract with TGLF for goods and services.
- Employees: refers to all persons having signed an employment contract with TGLF.
- Governance: refers to the members of its Board of Trustees, Committee on Research Ethics, and any advisory or ancillary bodies created to support the governance functions of TGLF
- Management: refers to the executive director the TGLF and the team put in place by him/her.
- Partners: refers to persons or companies who have concluded a partnership arrangement with TGLF either in the form of an MOU or Program/Project Agreements.
- Programs and Projects: Refers to all activities carried out by TGLF including its learning activities and events, research and insights analysis, and support to its networks of Scholars.
- Representatives: refers to all persons who have been asked by TGLF to represent its interests and act on its behalf, including TGLF governance members.
- Scholars: includes all participants in TGLF Programs and Projects, its learners and alumni of TGLF.
- Staff: refers to all Employees, consultants, volunteers and interns, including staff who may on loan to the TGLF.
